Who we are

What we offer
Live online workshops: a seat for one participant in a scheduled two-hour session, delivered on Zoom.
Paid Library: online access to workshop videos and materials in the Client Area, for the period stated at purchase.
Advisory work: guest experience reviews, mystery guest visits, improvement plans, coaching and in-person workshops, each agreed in a written scope with a fixed fee before work begins.
Booking and payment
Workshop seats and Paid Library access are paid by card at checkout or by invoice. Card payments are processed securely by Stripe. Prices are shown in Thai baht and US dollars, and confirmed before you pay.
After payment you receive a confirmation email. For workshops, it includes the session date and time and your Zoom link. A seat is for one person; please do not share the link.
Cancellations and refunds
Live online workshops. If you cancel at least 7 days before the session, you get a full refund. Between 7 days and 48 hours before, you can move your seat to a later session at no cost, or receive a 50% refund. Less than 48 hours before, or if you miss the session, no refund is given, but you can send a colleague in your place. If we cancel or move a session, you choose a full refund or a seat in another session.
Paid Library. Access is digital and starts immediately, so it is not refundable once opened. If a technical problem stops you using it, we fix it or refund you in full.
Advisory work. Payment, cancellation and refund terms are set in the written scope agreed before work begins.
To ask for a refund or transfer, write to info@majicgrowth.com. Refunds go back to the original payment method within 15 working days.
Use of materials
Workshop videos, workbooks and playbooks are for use within your own business. Please do not resell, publish or share them outside your team. Recording live sessions is not permitted.

Changes and governing law
We may update these terms; the version on this page when you buy applies to your purchase. These terms are governed by the laws of Estonia.
